Sponsored Fun Walk
Saturday 25th June 2011
After weeks of lovely weather, Cardiac Rehab Support held their annual Sponsored Walk on Saturday 25th June 2011. Waking up that morning, the weather that greeted us was more like Winter than Summer. Very foggy, windy and temperatures well below the average. We all met at the Sea Lane Cafe and well done to all of you who braved the weather. No record times this year but the event was still enjoyed by all who took part. Many of us ended up in the Sea Lane Cafe for a well earned hot chocolate. Some I think, naming no names went to the pub!!!!!
Lets hope next year it will be back to our usual hot hot hot event. As always, thank you for the generous and continued suport of all those who braved the weather and took part.
